I brought in my v11 vacuum for servicing. I was so pleased with the customer service that I plan on buying more Dyson products this week. Kudos to Dyson and in particular the gentlemen at the center for having a very satisfied and now repeat customer

Well that was the most pleasant repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought my Dyson V 11 torque in because it had a bad trigger. Walk into shop and it was empty, no lines. Gentleman came out and I told him what was wrong he took it to the back and had it fixed in less than 4 minutes I was out the door in less than 5. Bravo to dyson and the tech there (forgive me I forget his name) for creating a seamless and effortless repair experience. I did try to call the day before multiple times to ask a couple questions about the process and if I needed to bring anything in with me and got straight busy signals. Phones were down or the wrong phone number. But that minor annoyance was completely negated by how easy the repair process was.

Could be that your trigger is faulty, take it into Dyson and they'll take care of the problem no matter what is causing it.
Just call the location, the service rep will be able to look up your item and tell you the status of its repair.
