My newer shark vacuum stopped working so I took it here and I was with my 1 year old son. I assumed id drop it off and leave it with them for a few days for repairs. Nope! He was able to fix it right then and there while my son ran around. Had us in and out within 20 minutes and my vacuum was brand new! Great experience!

Larry is such a great guy. My plug broke on my vacuum two times and each time he refused to charge me. He is a total gentleman that takes pride in his work. He works quickly and efficiently and fairly prices everything.

Tops has the best employees and great prices. Friendly and professional, great product lines. I just bought a new Brother Dream Machine and a Scan n Cut. Eulin is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dave delivered my new machines the next day and set them up. Very efficient, prompt and polite. I am looking forward to the classes they provide, that are included with my purchase, to learn all about my fabulous new machines.
