Private park for residents. Well-maintained with a nice playground, nice trees, benches, duck pond.

This charming little park offers services like Basketball , running track and my personal favorite Tennis courts. They also sport a kiddie area, where little tikes try to conquer a contraption that would give adults a run for their health. While this park is only for residents, they can invite their friends over for a tennis match or run around the track.

Park has a sign requiring ID cards and a residential friend to be able to attend, the listing should include "private" and not just mallard Pointe. Drove here for nothing.
