Richard was extremely rude to me and even snatched my phone when I tried to show him a picture of what I was looking for. I didn’t know exactly what the item number was for what I was looking for (it was in stock online) so his response was “I really hope you’re picking this up for someone else”. He then gloated about how he’s been with the company since 2005 and that if he can’t find something it’s because it isn’t here. I told him it was in stock online for this store so I would just be placing a one-hour pickup and he literally said “knock yourself out I’m the one in charge of that”. This caused us to get in a bit of a mini argument (I was done with the disrespect) and he stormed off to the back. I found the item myself 2 minutes later. I asked the girl working the counter what she thought of him (she was very friendly) and she said “he is nasty to everyone here including coworkers, we just kinda stay away and give him his space”. I wonder why that is…

Great location! Back to school shopping was a breeze! Wyland was a basket of sunshine at our checkout and another gentleman up front went to look for an item we couldn’t find. Another gentlemen introduced us to the Staples Connect app and was so sweet!! 10/10 recommend

Awful Insurance return. My 25+ history of tech equipment has come to an end--and I love Staples, my neighborhood store and friendly people. Why would I insure a printer if I am completely responsible for packing and sending back a behemoth "all in one" printer. I don't save all of the boxes I might have accumulated from packaging so I am responsible for packing! And lugging around a large printer...! I loved my neighborhood Staples, bought my paper and supplies, business cards etc. Best Buy will not make me have to lug my printer to a UPS office, buy a box and have them pack up printer. Why would I do that? I just bought my new all in one and it will break as they have after 14 to 16 months (as I understand ink jets do) and I will have to buy a new printer.....unfortunate but after that, with insurance I won't have a return delay, I will get credit and be able to get a new printer. With Staples I had to wait till I got it packed up and the insurance company GOT IT BACK!! So a several day delay with no printer for my home business wasn't great. Staples should talk to their insurance/warranty company.

Inside the store feels bleak, no one working in here has ever offered me assistance when I’ve been inside looking for something. My last visit was to curbside pickup an order placed online and it didn’t go well, first I waited forever outside for assistance when I finally did get help it was only to inform me that they were out of stock of what I ordered- I had received an email that my order was ready for pickup and drove all the way here sat in the car for half an hour waiting for someone to deliver my order to my car only to be told they didn’t have it. Someone could have contacted me to let me know that so I didn’t waste my time, even if they would’ve come out immediately to let me know there was an issue with my order it would have been better than letting me sit there forever wasting my gas. I ended up going to Best Buy and had zero issues. I usually only use Staples website rather than going in store because I’ve never had an exceptional visit in store. It’s definitely not my first choice when I need office supplies but I don’t buy in bulk or for a large office, so it may function better for that type of customer.

According to their website, Thursday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Although might be affected by the storm not sure.
Yes. Rolls of 100 & books of 20 USPS 55¢ stamps
We only repair screens
Depending on your usage case some stores may or may not have 2 line speaker phones in stock
Look it up online.
yes staples has all business services
They have a small variety of bags, more business like, but sone for school, just not as many. As for "cool", that depends on your taste. Call thr store and ask because each store has different stuff, and not all of their online items are available at stores.
Yes they do. They have a ups drop off center located in the Copy and print center.
No. I work in the copy center and we do not provide notary services. Sorry
You would need to call the individual store, ask IF they have one n what days n hrs.
I worked at this Staples for 3 years, a firestick allows access to Amazon prime, Roku allows download of most streaming apps, same for Chromecast.
