Called this morning to inquire about used equipment because their website stated they deal with used equipment. A guy answered the phone and after asking what they have he said we don't deal with used equipment. Just to make sure I was reading wrong I looked back and it clearly states New and used equipment. Ok cool no problem, I decide to still give this company some business and called back the same guy answers the phone. I told him your website did say new and used but please tell me what you have that is new in what I'm looking for. This rude guy hung up the phone on me. Maybe it was ethnic voice but, his company lost a nice sale today-trust me!! Very rude person representing this company. Beware!

Came there to look for some kitchen ideas using stainless items as a element. I came out not getting anything, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. I will rethink my ideas.
