I have been here a few times as I have a used filter system that was their brand. I have a different chain a stone throws distance from me.... But I will from now on use Ace N Greece! I went in there ready to spend a large chunk of money for something I thought I needed. My filter system is older, so I was ready to replace it. The guy I spoke with recommended trying just a new filter cartridge. I had lost track of how old they were, and assumed they would show when they were less than adequate. I took his advice and my pool was crystal clear the next morning. Ace N Greece is my new GOTO!! Thanks Ace

The girl that answered the phone today sounded miserable upon saying "Hello." When I asked about pool pricing for an above ground pool, she told me that she could not give me any pricing at this time. She said pool pricing will go up next year, so I cannot help you right now. I asked she could give me this year's pricing so I could get a feel for it with the understanding it would likely go up. She told me to call back in a month. Under no circumstances would I call back in a month if you are not even willing to help a prospective customer with basic question. I would say they could use some help with their customer service.

Bought a pool last year. We came in right before closing (felt bad but this was the soonest we could get there), we were pretty sure what we wanted. Brian never once made us feel anything except comfortable and not rushed. The staff was wonderful and always answered my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Ace has been taking care of our Jacuzzi for the last three years. Every item has always been in stock and, when we have had questions about the proper way to use them, Brian always gives us the knowledge we need so we don't add more than necessary. We plan to upgrade our tub with a new model and it's so nice to have the information we need without being pressured.
