Horrendous service. They don’t make appointments, they just show up whenever they feel like it. They charge $600 for “pool opening” which apparently just includes removing the cover and nothing else. I paid for them to maintain the pool all …We realize that as hard as we try, we sometimes are unable to meet certain clients’ expectations. After reviewing our communications with you and based on your dissatisfaction, we simply notified you that it is mutually beneficial for you to find another service company that can better serve your needs. In addition to the above, we also informed you that we were in the process of refunding the $492.90 that has been paid to-date for the multiple service trips made and chemicals used since your pool opening on May 10. Stating and/or implying that we have “taken your money”, or that you have ever paid us anything more than $492.90 (which has been refunded in full on 5/20), is both untruthful and libelous.

Had a rough start to our pool opening with Fronheiser but they have contacted us consistently and heard our complaints. Now everything has been resolved. Went from 1 star to 4- left at four because of how terrible the initial interactions were. Thanks for making it right.
