Yes it is, you can also bring your own food
No problems bringing kids, depending on when you are in the venue, you may need ear plugs. It's set up with tables and gets a bit tight. What June said. BYOB.

Yes, bring whatever you like. We brought a bowl of shrimp, cocktail sauce, cheese and crackers and salsa and chips to go with our wine.
