This place is phenomenal. Lindsey was our sales person she was kind, funny, caring explained the difference between all the pools and most of all patient with me. I ordered the Black rock pool originally and then decided to change my mind 3 times, because I could not decide which will pool to get. Lindsey and her coworker never once got upset at me. I really appreciate the fact I did not feel pressured in anyway, they let me take my time and figure it out. THANK YOU 😊

I was given a given a price over the phone. When I got there after a 35 mile drive I found out the part was almost 30 dollars more. Whats sad is the part had the price label on the bag. So why couldn't the person on the phone just tell me the price that was on the bag. Smh

do not buy anything from this people i ordered my hot tub july 28th they have had it at the location since 12/1 cant deliver it to me because they only deliver Monday - Friday till 1 pm no Saturdays they have held my hot tub hostage for for 2 months now after 2 months i want to cancel my order since they cant get it delivered the manager DINO Calls me and tells me he can only give me store credit cause its been over 6 months what a joke HORRIBLE BUSINESS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF FOR ALLOWING THESE PEOPLE TO RUN THERE BUSINESS
