Chapman's Professional Lawn Maintenance is the best lawn service around! Not only do they have 50 years of experience and knowledge of lawn maintenance. Grass, shrubs, trees, bushes, flowers etc but they are NICE, PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND GOOD HEARTED FAMILY. I checked my camera footage and they have been spending 4-8 mins per week on my property. My service agreement includes trimming and maintaining plants shrubs and the small amount of grass we have. One week the camera shows they just blew things around for 4 mins then left. I’ve been asking them each week to trim my shrubs and they haven’t been, camera shows that most weeks like today they didn’t even step into my front yard. I got sick of waiting for them to trim so I trimmed myself then asked them to just take the trimmings - which the guy said he would and then didn’t. I called to complain and the owner said it was my fault, said they weren’t responsible and my requests for trimming aren’t reasonable. That’s when I checked my camera footage and found out what a complete and utter rip off and poor service I’ve been getting.

Our communication is streamlined through the office. Calling, emailing, or accessing your customer portal will allow you to have your concern be heard.
We have a customer portal where you can make payments online. You can also set up monthly auto-charge for your convenience. Or you can pay by check.
Chapman’s has a business license. We also have liability insurance, which protects the customer from liability for damages and injuries on their property.
In order to provide consistency and efficiency, our goal is to have the same crew on your property weekly. This would only change under circumstances beyond our control, i.e. weather, equipment failure, employee changes.
