Truck driver here. Has 1… I repeat ONE, box to deliver from the back of my semi. After delivering in Tampa and coming over to Largo I ended up showing up 10 minutes past 4pm. The 2 ladies, the old hag and the biker chic both told me I had to wait until 9am tomorrow. Whatever. Poor customer service. Would take 5 mins tops to do. Heat makes you folks act stupid. The morning manager brought her forklift over where I parked for the night and took it right off. Easy. Imagine if one of the ladies from the evening before would have done that for me. I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this most likely. Do better

I reserved a truck and trailer to tow my car 2 weeks in advance. I called the day before because I wanted to confirm everything. I was told the reservation is all set and I could pick it up at10am the next morning. I went to the largo location where I made the reservation for and they told me the truck was in Tampa, 30 miles away. They gave me the number for the Tampa location and I called to confirm it and was told that they had the truck and trailer there so I went to go get it. When I arrived I was told they didn't have my truck and trailer there. The only option they gave me was a smaller truck but it was in Thonotosassa. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? WHAT THE HECK KIND OF OPERATION IS UHAUL RUNNING??? RESERVATION IS TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE HAVE THE TRUCK SO THEY CAN MOVE when they HAVE to!!!! 0 stars for this. Then I called customer service to see what they could do for me, was told she was going to put me on hold to call the Tampa office find out what happened and within a minute on hold I was hung up on with no return call. To anyone reading this, DO NOT USE UHAUL TO SAVE A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I PROMISE YOU ITS NOT WORTH IT. LOCATION DON'T MATTER, THE COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. If you HAVE to move out on a specific day DON'T trust UHAUL to make sure you have a truck or you'll be in the position I am.

We left a small item in truck that was purchased from their moving supply section . They proactively called us and asked if we left anything in truck. They could have placed this product back into there inventory and resold. Thank you Jen for calling us and demonstrating excellent customer service and integrity.
