Bill originally quoted me $585 for 4 speaker, amp, and 2 subs install. They said my amp was not enough to power all of it, so fair enough. They also said two speakers I got were too big, so he tried to sell me new speakers, and I figured I just want it done now so I said yes. So price has now jumped to almost 750 without them touching my subs at all. So I ask how much to just wire up the subs for when I get a new amp eventually. They said this kit will be 150. We agreed on settling at 850 total before tax. So I get a call later saying they were able to fit my original speakers so I no longer need to buy their 130$ ones. Great I think, the total will be back to just under $750. So I go to pick it up now, and they charged me 850 before tax because quote “they were able to fit the original speakers, giving them time to fix my front door speakers”. Remember, at first this was included in the original quote. Now it’s another charge. Now to the quality of their work. This is a joke. I go to look at the amp, and my dang carpet has been mounted upside down. They’ve destroyed some insulation I had underneath the carpet, they’ve routed wires underneath where my sub box mounts, so now it no longer fits correctly. They didn’t put back a few interior parts at all either. The carpet part just confuses me so much because it’s not symmetrical, so it’s not like it fits just a different color. So they just didn’t look at it at all, just threw it together. Overprice garbage work

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!!! From the second I called to my first visit to Car Tunes Bill, (Sales Rep) was amazing!!! He took the time to learn about what my needs were and thoroughly research what the best options would be. I have a new 2021 Ford Bronco so the information was scarce since this model was just rereleased after 25yrs of being out of production. Bill was able to create the perfect selection of products to give me the crystal clear, professional sound I was looking for and overcome the challenges that my ford had due to the restrictions built in by the manufacturer. Bill and his team (Head installer-Oscar) figured out a work around even when I thought it might be a hopeless cause. We chose to do a 13 speaker JL Audio sound system including a 700 watt JL audio 5 channel amp with JL Audio Subwoofer(Made specifically for small spaces) . All tuned with an LC2I Pro Processer and discretely hidden bass knob under my steering wheel. Never once did I feel pressured or that I was being upsold. I was treated with respect and felt like the team was listening to exactly what I was wanting. Part of the mastermind behind overcoming the challenges that we had was from their Head Installer, Oscar. He is AWESOME!!! This guy is extremely knowledgeable! Not only does he understand how to develop a high end sound system he does the cleanest install work I've ever seen!!! I stopped by a few times during the install process and he dared me to find an after market wire. He had everything wrapped with manufacturing cable covers and concealed. I told him that this was my baby and to please be very careful. I couldn't find one blemish from this complete overhaul or even a screw driver scar in the plastic moldings. I have to preface that I'm extremely detail oriented( if you can't tell by reading this review) and they had my entire Bronco taken apart. As an added bonus Greg (Customs Fabricator) put an extra layer of flair when building my custom subwoofer box by utilizing the electric blue accents throughout my interior and including that in the design of the box. Thank you! In summary if you are looking for the best of the best go to Car Tunes you won't be disappointed at all!!!! Thanks again to Bill, Oscar, and Greg!!! You guys are the BEST!!

We had a great experience with Car Tunes. They removed an improperly installed car alarm that, oddly enough, was causing the car to break down leaving us stranded. Very nice down to earth people, they gave us ice cold waters after we’d been outside for a while and didn’t charge us as much as initially thought. Highly recommended!
