Call any other place that helps with emergency housing until you find one that gives you your own room, please. For you safety and well-being no joke. I came in in need after bad home situation, young & pregnant, and no where to go. Sandy- Caring & the only one who called me to get in to the church. I saw that the entire 2 weeks after I would come back from work.. asking, forcing me to answer because “they have other people on the waiting list” and monitoring how many days I would stay there. I live in a room for four girls all recovering addicts and one girl yelling to yourself and at the wall every single night. I had to record this because..One day after I get home from work(my last night), that same woman comes over to my bed and start screaming at me thinking I’m one of the “social workers” that took her kids. curses me out and the front desk staff yet completely nothing. She got to sleep in the room and they took me to sleep on the couch for one more night. Disgusting and sad, you’re supposed to help people not force them out. Shame on this place, its a nighttime only shelter, no daily meals, no check ins, no resources, not enough funding, the only pro was the guests who stayed there with me (really nice people). Call any other place in Boston
