Did they fix my screen? Yes. Did they do it in the time they promised? No. Was it done an hour after that? No. Did they honor the $10 off coupon the company sent for the first repair? No. Did they lie about an included screen protector? Yes. Would I recommend going here? No. It'd be cheaper and far less stressful to buy a new phone.

I came into the store and my speaker on my samsung phone was not working well. Scott was very nice and quickly cleaned my phone speaker and it was working much better after. It only took them a few minutes and they did not even charge me a fee to clean it up. Which was unnecessary, but I appreciated it.

I’d recommend this place to anybody that needs to get their phone fixed at a reasonable price. My battery was shot and worse than that, I thought my camera was gonna be broken forever because it was exposed to liquid. They were able to fix both in a really timely manner, kept me updated & informed and explained everything. Any question I had, I got answered without any confusion. They were awesome, quite quick and very cool to interact with. If you need your phone fixed, laptop, computer or whatever… this is the place to go! You guys were awesome, thank you so much for everything! Now I have a device to take fantastic pictures when I go to Ireland in 2 weeks! 👍🏼☘️

My phone had stopped charging. I was thinking I'd have to spend big bucks to get a new one. Then I decided to look into repairs. I was hoping I wouldn't have to factory reset my phone to have a new charging port installed. Victoria suggested first trying to clean the charging port. 2 minutes later I walked out with a clean charging port and she didn't even charge me for the cleaning. She's a superstar
