Absolutely awful service. New patient, new customer. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. So many local medical places, no need to go here. Read the other reviews and you’ll see why this place is a 4 Star treatment center at best. Garbage customer service, very average product. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Terrible company to visit. Stay away if you care about yourself

Yasmine (I hope I spelled that right) was a superb representative on behalf of GrowHealthy. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind to the 66 year old woman I am. She helped me find a product with THCV, which helps stop my seizures, promotes bone growth for my osteoporosis, and is an appetite suppressant. I’m thrilled and will be recommend GrowHealthy to other cardholders. Thank you so much for hiring so well.

Not only did i drive 30min+ just to be loyal, the "medication" they sold me was unbelievable, like 8th grade swag. I understand that most people smoke to get high, but for me is about the pain relieving. When i passed on my information over the phone i was told that "all sales are final and no returns" even after i explained that i was literally right outside. Buyers beware, I will definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.

The products are not bad, my issue and will always remain my issue with this dispensary in particular is the wait time. I received an email to ask for priority pick up. The gentleman in the front choose to tell me great it would be 25-30 minute wait. How that is priority pick up i have no clue but i wait. My first mistake ! I then proceeded inside 35-40 mins after my initial arrival and the same gentleman decides to tell me, there are people still ahead of me and it will be another 20-30 minutes. I completely understand a process of waiting to be called and have no issue waiting but this is just ridiculous. This is an every visit ordeal. Either you’re improving the process at this location or you’ll continue to lose patients. I’ve gone to multiple and i mean multiple other dispensaries in the state and local area to this grow healthy and all have either a significantly much better process for their clients or a sign in option to be placed in line. You’d be lucky to wait 10-20 minutes else where.
