The ice cream machine and frappe machines are always down. Understaffed and service is starting to become a real wait. One of the only places that stay open after 10pm and it's starting to become a place that you just drive on by. I know McDonald's has been around for years but you can't go backwards in service. If anything you're supposed to be better.

So we ordered a Egg McMuffin, we get one without meat. We take it back and drive down the road and then we got a Egg McMuffin with bacon instead of the Canadian bacon...tried to call the store and no one answers. We also got a apple pie that was hard and dried out. Checked the enjoy by time and it's a hour old! Geez.....

If you're lucky enough to get the meal you ordered, don't expect it to be edible. 3 times now I've gotten a burger that was made with ingredients that were likely way passed their expiration, or had been soaking in what I'm choosing to believe was grease for so long that the ketchup was a better solid than the bun or box was. The breakfast has a better chance of being edible, but again lucky to get what you ordered. Suggest going a bit further for a McDonald's.

Well, how difficult was that? I went from one McDonald’s to the other (Edinburgh to Franklin) and I was able to get my big breakfast expeditiously, hot, fresh, clean store, polite people from front to back. Well done to this crew. Perhaps they should send this store manager down to Edinburgh and have them clean things up.
