This location is hit or miss - sometimes you get a really good coffee and sometimes you get a coffee you can’t drink because it’s so gross. For how much you pay that seems like a dumb gamble but we’re addicts for quick caffeine.

Very polite cashier. Order is always right. You usually don't have to wait, but 10 minutes even if the line is long. Great service!

Typically when I go to this Starbucks I do not have the best luck with the staff. Tonight I went, and a girl named Abbie helped me. She was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. I felt like she went above and beyond with her helpful comments on drinks. She definitely needs to be recognized for her amazing work ethic and attitude!!

I'm leaving this Starbucks a 5 star review because of what I witnessed today. They're seriously doing the best they can with what they have. I ordered my drinks ahead of time on the app and this location was so short staffed and backed up with orders that I had to wait in line for 10-15 min to get my drink. This is unusual for them. Usually I walk right in and they have my order ready to go. However, their work was quick and efficient (I should know, I watched for 10-15 minutes). I even witnessed a disgruntled customer give them attitude but they handled it pretty well despite the circumstances. Covid has negatively affected lots of things and businesses like this are still suffering due to short staffing. I think we can give them a little grace. Be kinder to people.

Many Starbuck are isolating morning and evening shifts and if there is a positive COVID case then that shift goes into quarantine and they have to close during that time. It could be that they had a case and needed to close unexpectedly. Please give some leniency as they are putting their employee's and the public's health ahead of profits (as all businesses should be doing at this time)
