I scheduled an appointment at the greenwood location. They cancelled the day of my appointment. I spoke to the manager and they had an appointment available at the Franklin location in the hospital. I went for my new patient appointment and yo have my ears looked at because I’ve been dealing with an ear infection the last month that so far has not been successfully treated with two rounds of antibiotics. I didn’t speak with a doctor, not sure she was even an NP. She listened to my ear problem and then tried to offer me a bunch of services even though I kept telling her I only care about my ear at this point. I told her I have an allergic reaction to amoxicillin (which I have already tried and it didn’t take care of the infection) she prescribed me Another form of amoxicillin that I wasn’t aware of because she didn’t explain that. and an eye drop that is directed to put in my ear which I will not do. I went to pick up my meds an hour later. Found out at the pharmacy that the medicine prescribed was actually amoxicillin, not the doctors office who knew I had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin and it has already been used and ineffective.just wasted money on meds that I can’t use. The pharmacy tried to fix it but she was told all they can do is leave a message for Sarah tang she already left for the day. So I called and told them I’m in line at the pharmacy and the lady I spoke with seemed annoyed and told me she already told the pharmacist that Sarah had yo be there one to help and that they ALREADY (nasty tone) left Sarah a message but it won’t matter because they close in two minutes. I said what does that have to do with anything, you’re open now! I’m said that won’t be coming back and need to speak to our manager. She told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. That’s my very first experience with JMH and it was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever encountered with healthcare period. Women are already concerned about their health with the overturnng of Roe. Have more compassion!!! What your employees showed me is that they don’t listed don’t care and this just a business. No one cares about your health here. Beware!

My wife delivered our baby here and the experience was truly wonderful. All of the nurses and staff where professional, kind, caring and very accommodating to our needs. And the cafeteria food was pretty good as well.
