He was really thorough in assessing me before we started, asked about any injuries or concerns, and quickly honed in on two big problem areas for me. He then spent time showing me stretches and some tricks that'll give me significantly more mobility so the next time I lift I'll be able to work the right muscle and get the results I want. He has a wealth of information about fitness and health, way beyond only certain exercises or workouts, into nutrition and wellness. The gym is convenient to US31, safe access, all the needed equipment with the added bonus of a garage door that can be opened on perfect summer nights, and you can step outside and workout in the fresh air!
