My daughter & her husband bought a new refrigerator from Lowes in Franklin, Indiana. It was delivered & plugged in on Saturday, but it never got cold enough. Now, 5 days later, she is still being ignored. She leaves messages that are not answered. The refrigerator is still not working, but no one at Lowes cares. This young family with two children under 3 do not have a working refrigerator even after paying Lowes over $1400 for a new one. They are happy to take your money, but they do not seem to have any customer service. We will not be buying anything from Lowes!

Auto stores lately have been cutting inventory down so low he almost had to buy everything online like to be able to go in the store on big purchases and find a few items last year was Real bad on refrigerators.. This year they've actually beefed up a little better for Displays & Also, what you're buying in store..... "Only problem I want Lowes to work on" "is Assurant contracts" when buying products getting Warranty Companies More Vendors to pick from!!! And only have One Vendor that never follows through on taking care of your Warranties when you buy a Big time Purchases it's still 0 to 2 Stars.... Down time I'm trying to get your refrigerator or freezer fixed is terrible it needs to be rectified by Corporate Office...
