My experience at Take 5 Oil Change, at the location in Franklin, was exceptionally refreshing. The staff and manager were more than accommodating. They communicated with me on what they were doing while I stayed in my vehicle, along with three children. It was reassuring when make sure it was okay to reach in my window to scan the VIN. It was done in a very quick timely manner, while ensuring that the service was provided to the highest level. I fully plan on returning with my business.

1st visit here. Ladies... These are your men for an oil change!!! The way this team communicated with each other- I felt like my car was in the Nascar pit! Everything was called out as checked! Absolutely amazing and have NEVER witnessed anything like this. I never stepped out of my car and although it's cold out and the bay doors were open, I wasn't even chilled because there is a large heat lamp above you!!! When approaching my window to reset dash indicators - they ASKED before reaching into the car and they ASKED to open my door to get the door panel 411!!! I asked one of the team members if they always communicated like this and he said "YES". I praised a well deserved high kudos to them. District Manager is Starling. I spoke with him while there and as I was pulling out he loudly says "Team Win!" These men are hand-over- for for the customer. You want great service? - DONT Waste your time going anywhere else. Oh, I even got a water to drink when I first pulled up😁

Really nice people. Friendly customer service. They were super cool and did a good job communicating about what they were doing. They didn't have my high miles oil and didn't touch my air filter they explained it to me. They broke a clip last time I was there. I'm happy to have worked with these guys yesterday

Yes. I had a great experience. And comfortable feeling of expettise.
I cant remember if it was full synth or not.. but the cheapest option was 35 dollars. Wanna say they had six to 8 different options. Just be careful, they like to talk you into buying extra stuff, and the wipers they sold me worked once, and then started streaking all over again...
