Woke to a flat tire on my Z4. Brought it in mid-afternoon and they took me right away. Repaired a broken valve stem in about 30 minutes. Pleasant staff, nice waiting area with complimentary coffee. Overall a great experience.

I actually didn’t have an appointment last Saturday so I dropped off my car early AM (as they advised) and they changed my oil and rotated my tires that afternoon. They’re courteous and dependable! Note: this review was for Discount Tire. I have never been a customer of Sullivan Tire.

Morning! We offer contactless drop off and pick up. We use a video to show you what, if any, work we are doing. All staff fully masked and all vehicles wiped down coming into our building and going out. We also have a separate trailer waiting room for folks.
