This is the best company ever!! At closing time I called them because my power lift chair I need to sleep in broke. Within an hour and a half they had me a new chair delivered to my house and took the old one away. They could have told me to call tomorrow. But when they heard I had a spinal disease and counted on this chair to sleep at night they sprang into action to get me a new chair. Thank you guys. Your the best!

Excellent customer service, I couldn't be happier with the amount of time spent with me on the phone (I live out of state) to help me make a purchase for my mother. I was never pushed to buy something more expensive, but rather was given all relevant information so I could decide for myself. Their prices are very reasonable and well under the MSRP. When the chair appeared to be mis-delivered, the staff tracked down the delivery paperwork and determined that the facility placed it in the wrong room. I was told that a lift-chair purchased at a medical supply store would be far more expensive than going to a discount furniture store, and I found that to be completely untrue. They stock an American-made high- quality line of chairs with a great manufacturers warranty. You won't regret supporting a small locally owned business.

I have dealt with the owner Joe and his staff over the last year with some very complicated issues. These people are the absolute best! I am a pharmacist, out of state, so I know what I'm talking about. They have helped my company and I with clients in their service area. They have provided excellent care, customer service and follow through. Cannot say enough great things about them.

The service is outstanding here. My partner and I were out of town and it was Sunday. Well wouldn't you know that most medical supply companies are closed on Sundays, we did not. My partner's cpap machine decided the previous night that it was going to die. Unfortunately my partner can't sleep without a cpap. So here it was, Sunday, working on no sleep for 24 plus hours. We drive from Maine to Peabody looking to purchase a new machine. We were one of the first customers to arrive and the gentleman, who I believe is also the owner, was more than accommodating. We told him our woes and even showed him the cpap machine that died. This gentleman went above and beyond. He was able to find a cpap machine, but unfortunately someone else had removed the power supply. We thought we could call around and find one locally, but as it turns out, that voltage and amp combination couldn't be located. So although we couldn't buy the machine, the gentleman was more than helpful. It's nice to see this level of customer service still exists. Not only was this man extremely empathetic of our situation, but he did everything possible to remedy our situation. I wish that we were lucky enough to live close by, because the quality of customer service is out of this world. Highly recommend NorthShore Care Supply.
