Food was good the cost was not. Excepted 6.99 deal on pizza 2 medium pizzas double bread sticks with 2 litter (only had diet ) was over 35 dollars. Shouldn't been over 26 dollars way I figured but recite showed ten for one pizza and 14 for the second one

I am really not sure I would even give them a 1 rating! The Franklin, IN Pizza Hut has always been known for poor service. Last night we ordered online for delivery and they just never delivered it. When tried to call at 8:50pm (10 minutes before they were supposed to close), the answering machine came on saying they were already closed. I will never go there again.

The location I normally order from was closed until 3 according to the app. I chose a different location that said it was not closed at 3. I thought my normal location was going through an employee shortage or covid it that branch, so I moved on. Took me to place a $60 order on the app at the different location, 15 min to drive there only to find out that this location was also closed until 3. The young lady was surprised I was able to place an order and she looked up at her screen and found out she had 6 on line orders. She was very nice and professional and most of apologetic. I told her its not her fault and this is the world we live in now. But, I have to give a poor rating because I spent too much time ordering and going to pick it up, not to get any. This was my Christmas lunch to my branch staff. Ended up going to Jimmy Johns instead and saved $30.

My pizzas and breadsticks were perfectly prepared. They were hot and ready at pick up. I was greeted immediately and checked out efficiently. The cashier was masked, but I could see her eyes smiling. Great job to the entire store.
