I've been living here for two years now and have been very happy with the complex as a whole. The apartment is spacious, great layout, great location and great management.

Friendliest apartment staff I have ever encountered! Our move in experience went smoothly and was a breeze! Thank you guys so much!

Honestly if I could give a lower rating I would indefinitely! This apartment complex has constantly lied to me, very unfriendly staff, raised rent prices, “refinished” apartments apparently only consist of updated floors in kitchen, dishwasher did not work constantly smelled like pot walls are paper thin so you hear everything. I would strongly recommend honestly ANYWHERE else before you rent here take it from someone who has recently rented. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

The actual apartments themselves are ok. Decent size, good size closets,, nothing fancy but serviceable. Bathroom floors need to be replaced as I'm pretty sure it's the original tile from when the place was built, but I can live with it. Unfortunately there are so many things wrong with the place it's just not pleasant to live there. Hallways are dumpy looking, old carpet, dirty walls, outdated fixtures. No security to speak of, because even if residents shut front door, the back door doesn't lock. Maintenance guys are nice, however I think they are woefully shorthanded. Snow removal is an absolute joke. The residents of my building did most (if not all) of the shoveling this past winter for our sidewalk. Otherwise your stuck walking through snow or slipping on the sidewalks. They did at least finally leave us salt to use ourselves. Sound does seem to travel in these buildilngs. I can often hear neighbors using the bathroom. Also, the bathroom vents are connected so if you end up with a pot smoking neighbor who runs the fans you will have your place stunk up. It's pretty gross. Ask to see the basement before moving in. We were not shown it and since that is where laundry is unless we want to go to a laundrymat every week you're stuck walking through water to use washer/dryer. If you have any fear of creepy places, you will not want to do laundry there. Lots of mold/mildew and just plain nasty. (see pics) Everytime you ask about when they will be doing something in the basement, you get told they are working on it (though I've never seen anything done in the last 2 years.) Garbage is overflowing a lot or blowing around. They could imporve things just be enclosing them in like a lot of other apartment complexes. No recycling to speak of either. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, however at least ours is pretty old and doesn't send any cold air further than main area, so be prepared to use lots of fans during the summer, it gets hot! Office staff is incompetent. I had an issue that I had to go over their heads to get taken care of. It should not be like that. If you can afford to live elsewhere, do it. The only reason we haven't moved is because of the cost and hassle of moving and needing to stay in the school district for another 2 years.
