Unfortunately I was wrong in this review. My package arrived 8 days later from the original delivery day (3 days xpress) Customer service trough the phone is full of excuses. No money returned, only apologies and antagonistic agents following this dishonest company's instructions. You people, Instead of keeping your customers informed about your delivery issues before offering a delivery plan and take our money. Instead came up with technical misinformation during the transit and dishonest ways of doing business after missing the deadline . You lost a customer after all and thanks for nothing.

Once again Delivery Drivers that come to Milford really must have a problem comprehending or maybe it’s the company all together.. How Hard Is it to follow delivery instructions!!!???? My building is not hard to find. My building is behind another building that has a parking lot. You can see it clear as day smh. . Idk who’s worst you guys or UPS lol smh. Well at least when you call UPS they page their driver to turn around.

I've come here to pick up packages the day prior to delivery in the past many times. Today the woman refused to look for package and told me it would be delivered tomorrow. She did the same for the guy in front of me. Great service.
