I have been enjoying this bog boardwalk since 1991. I have seen the different incarnations of the boardwalk as well as the different evolutions of the bog itself from one year to the next it has always been a magical place and has been a fun place to take new people and relive the amazement through their eyes.

Simply a beautiful place. Fairly easy walk to the top. Awesome view. Certain times of the year it would be quite necessary to have bug spray. It is a bog afterall. Definintely recommended.

Great short hike with views. Easy. Bring the kids but be careful around the Bluffs.

No there are no campsites here. It's a boardwalk trail and a small trail. There is a set of campsites in the right if you turn around and continue along Silver Lake road.
