We came out here for a wedding and family get together. Beautiful... beautiful. Loved the accommodations. The resorts "rental houses" were all superb and gorgeous. I loved the silence at night and being able to see pretty much the whole galaxy above me. Loved the buffet breakfasts! The stay: relaxing and beautiful... the wedding and parties fantastic. The entire location was perfect. The pricing for an onsite house/cabin was very reasonable, considering what most decent hotel chains charge per night.

Me, my fiancé and our dog stayed here this past week for a little vacation and we truly had an amazing time. There is so much to do right on the property from horseback riding and clay bird shooting to lake activities like kayaking and fishing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating- I truly can’t say enough about them all. Top tier service from all. And the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning and are so happy we found this hidden gem!

We stayed on Friday for a wedding. Great location with spectacular views. We arrived early and had lunch with a drinks at the bar. The pad thai and maple BBQ wings were absolutely delicious. The new spicy margarita was a hit too. Wedding and reception were great. Everything very well structured and the facility was immaculate. We had a really nice room with a great view of the lake and mountains. My only minor thing were that the blinds cover the windows completely to block out the sun. :)

My wife and I have stayed at/dined at Mountain Top on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Starting with the staff, we have always found them to be friendly, professional and competent. If there is an issue, they will do whatever it takes to solve it. The accommodations are always very nice. Clean and comfortable and the views spectacular. When dining, we have never been disappointed with the food nor the service. If weather permits, I highly recommend dining outside on the patio. The view will take your breath away. If you are there in the winter, the sleigh ride is a definite must. We will definitely be returning in the future to this Vermont gem.
