This is a cute little scenic place with a reservoir. Was here on Columbus Day, and not much of a crowd. Saw a few who were getting kayaks. Nice place to take a stroll and get some fresh air.

Prices are reasonable, $29 for 2hr kayak rental. Lake is quiet and has a boat launch as well. Only one trail leads around a short hilly loop. So not the best place to hike, but the kayaking is worth admissions. You can also bring your own for free, which sweetens the deal. Great views of mountains from lake!

Barre Flynn

This is a very hard park to find. Drive slowly along Rt 100 and you will see reservoir road and tucked back about 200 yards is the park entrance. Great swimming and boating. Amazing views. There is a small fee to get in but it is very worth the money.
