I did a tasting with hopped gin, rye, bourbon, and maple bourbon. All were good but I ended up buying a bottle of the maple bourbon to take home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the different spirits.

I was visiting from out of state on Friday and was impressed with how the friendly and knowledgable woman behind the bar handled the crowds so well by herself. Long foliage lines happen yet her calm demeanor and pleasantries helped put customers at ease while we waited to do tastings. Delicious tastings and I bought a few bottles too! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back next year!

We were visiting from Indiana on a road trip and very excited about this stop. We wanted to try local and when we had waited in line for our tasting and it was our turn we were told we had to continue to wait. This is due to a bus tour that had been visiting as well. We had waited just as they had but the other tourist were allowed to go in front of us. We found this to be rude when the hostess began raising her hands making gestures and making rude comments to us when I questioned this. We immediately left and this made for a dark spot on our otherwise bright day we were experiencing! Might want to treat all customers equally. Poor customer service!!

Not only is their Waterbury tasting room super cute and the staff friendly and knowledgeable, the products themselves are great! My husband and I agree we’ve not been to a distillery where we so happily enjoyed ALL the tested products, from the vodka and rum (which we normally don’t much care for) to the gin and whiskeys (which we do). We walked away loaded down with product and will definitely purchase again! Thanks for the great experience!
