I was wanting to buy the North Face 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket. I couldn’t find it anywhere until I came across FootPrint. I ordered it and unfortunately I won’t be home Friday, so I asked if they could please send it before then. Quick response and clear communication!! 10/10 The jacket came in today and it is perfect!! Definitely will be buying from here again and I’ll be recommending it to my friends !!

Purchased hard-to-find UGG "tasman" shoes and preordered "ultra-mini" boots from Footprint online. Received the shoes; fast shipping! When I contacted customer support re: preorder status, they promptly replied; very courteous!!! Receiving my preordered boots as they originally noted. I highly recommend this retailer!!! They sell great hard-to-find items!

Order was delivered within 3 business days double boxed! Perfect all around and the free gift bonus was super unexpected.
