Apparently in June 2022, employees are still not “comfortable” plugging something in, masked, in an empty car because of C19? As someone who’s been teaching children this entire time, I find this disappointing and an excuse not to provide a service advertised by the company. The risk of plugging something into an empty car is nonexistent. Just this store- the others are doing it. FYI

O'Reilly do check car batteries. I checked two batteries in the passed two months. I went in 1.5 months ago to purchase a new battery and Mike, I believe the name, offered to check the battery before I purchase a new battery. It took 30 mins to check the battery but I lived close by. I was super surprised. Of the two batteries one was bad and the other was good.
O'Reillys is a retail store. They will not install anything. They will sell it to you so you can install it yourself or take it to a mechanic.
