Last update 7/2022 - after almost 16 months, we finally got out money back. They sent two crews to pick up the material after we cancelled the project after 16 months of waiting. When my wife went to pick up the money, it took them almost an hour to get her the money and they had the balls to ask her if she had a dollar to get the last $100. NEVER GET ANY PROJECTS DONE FROM HERE. The lowes at 247 Garfield Avenue in Cranston, RI is horrible, especially with their installation services. We signed a contract with them on 4/3/2021 and the contract stated that it would be installed by 8/3/2021. Its august 15, and we still have no fence installed. I have gone to the store a couple of times and the store manager did not want to talk to me in person, he only talked to me via phone in the service desk and told me he would personally would find out where our fence material was located and I have never heard back from him. The salesman Ken Desautel is useless, I have called him twice to see the status of the project, he says that he will call me back with an update and never does. We have been called by someone at lowes a couple of times that they have misplaced or that our material order is not fully completed. The only thing that they are good for is to take your money and make you wait for installation. They also make it hard to get your money back, since you have to go to arbitration, do not sign anything until you read your whole contract. I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this is by far the worst customer service experience that I have encountered. I would not use their installations services under any condition. They really are horrible.

Terrible customer service! The woman in CS who eventually answered the phone placed me on hold without saying she was about to. Because I was waiting to see if they had a particular item in stock, I foolishly waited a full 14 minutes for her to return but she never did. I immediately called back asking the robo message for a manager and waited an additional 7 minutes but nobody answered. My time is precious too; I can easily take my business elsewhere. Home Depot answered the phone right away and I had an answer immediately.

We were shopping for ac window unit and the 2 boxes on the shelf were damaged. The website shows there were 23 more in stock. We asked customer service for assistance 'twice' and no one came to assist us. Terrible customer service! Worst part was there were employees standing around completely ignoring us! Can't figure out why this branch had 4 stars!

We received a broken washer Saturday morning. We went to our local store and dealt with the manage Tyler. He was kind, understanding and very helpful. He understood our problem and personally helped us find a new machine that would fit our space. He also only showed us machines that he had in store, understanding we needed a replacement that day. He helped us check out and load the new washer into our truck. He made an extremely difficult and frustrating experience much better and easier. Absolutely will be back for our next appliance purchase.

It's Lowes it is the Walmart of hardware stores you want better service go to Arnold or Coventry lumber you get what you pay for
Look up others that do a gr8 job at a lesser expense.. .their are others..don't go with most advertised..always too much..we use Guarenty Pest Exterminators.
I don't work for Lowe's. But I'm pretty sure that if you call Lowe's, they could help you. I have a cat, owning a cat, can scare the mice, away. Or, you can try calling a company that deals with animals, pests.

Yes, saw they still had some Thursday but not as many.
Go to lowes.come/carriers there u can find all the different positions they have. Unce u fill the application they will interview you and the rest is up to you.
