Online ordering was easy! Items where great quality! And items took the exact days they said they would (item back ordered). Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is they don’t have curbside pickup in front and it was hard to find (loading dock area).

We recently moved and wanted a dinner table that would anchor the space. We strolled into C&B without expectations and we walked out with a fabulous table and chair combo that we absolutely love. All credit to the seamless experience goes to Norm Hebert, their design expert. Truly beyond professional and helpful. He even followed up with a phone call and thank you note after furniture was delivered. Get yourself a Norm when you shop at C&B -- you won't regret it!

Love this store. Shop often to see displays and inspiration. Have my favorite staff people, and a few that need better manors. Using my rewards is always easy. And during Covid, they extended the expiration. I also had a Pottery Barn rewards, and they did NOT. They sited that I could have used it online. People during that time need staples delivered not pillows. So that’s where they lost my patronage.

They need to seriously work on their customer service. I walked into the store at around 6:40 today with my fiancè and there were to sales associates standing at the registers and neither one of them greeted us or even acknowledged our existence. The store was completely empty , they looked at us said nothing and walked right passed us. I would have understood if the store was at least busy or even if they were dealing with another customer. As someone who used to work in retail for 6 years through high school & college. I believe that their customer service is definitely lacking.
