Was NOT pleased with this business. After finally getting the shop owners attention - he took on my clock repair. Weeks later and a lot of money later, I took it home. The hand fell off which he said was fine in his shop- and the clock didn't work. It went downhill from there. This was last year but it still pisses me off.
