Very happy with my basic haircut, clean , efficient. I do not feel staff are paticularly welcoming but not overtly rude either.

The young lady Tori did a very nice job, and she is very friendly. I plan on returning again when I need another haircut.

The woman ruined my hair and did the opposite of everything I asked. I now have to wear a headband until my bangs grow out because she butchered my hair that badly. She cut chunks into my bangs to leave some parts only an inch long or less.The only way to fix them is to grow them back out. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I’m a grown woman having to go back to wearing headbands like a child to work.

Love the Loudon Rd location. The girls were very stylish I could tell as soon as I walked in Not like the ft Eddy location. I had torie cut my hair and she did great!! I really enjoyed our chat chat too!!
