Went to BC to take a class. It was easy to find, easy parking and had a good experience.

Boston Casting is filled with the kindest, hardest working people ever! They allow for so many actors in New England to have a way to get on the big and small screen! My first professional role I booked was through them and they made the process fun, easy, and smooth! Also the classes they offer and the coaches who teach them are just phenomenal! I can’t say enough great things about Boston Casting and everyone working there!

The classes here are so fun. Everyone is really nice and I met some of my best friends here. I got an audition (You get notifications in your email about general casting calls) within a week and a half of taking some classes. Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had!

Yes
I'm not sure for every class but my class we met online first and went in person and they will provide you with a script for you to memorize and then when you go in person you will go over the basics of what to do when it comes down to reading scripts and more. They also will take headshots for you so bring clothes.
Look for TALENT APPLICATION, from the main menu, then fill out the form.

Let's clarify. It's correct that BC uses that database to look for potential actors for their clients. But once an actor has a few gigs under his belt, it's not a bad thing to have an agent. An agent works for the actor, a casting agent works for the producers.
BC is not an agent, that is, they don't work for or represent the talent. They work for the producers. (A talent agent works for and represents actors.) They cast for movies and commercials. You can go on their website and follow the section about how to put yourself in their database. If a producer comes to them looking for a 1 year old, BC will look through their database for people to come in and audition.
Not an easy question to answer. I am on agency pro and have gone months with nothing then two hits in the same week. I am 100 percent Italian but have yet to get a part in the movies shot in the north end specifically looking for Italians. Multiple agencies helps and probably those classes do also. Just have to keep plugging away. I am sure an agent would help too not something I myself habe done.
spelling is everything. 🤣 ha ha ha!!!!
Hi, yes you can! But not through Google Maps. Go to their actual website and you will find the correct e-mail address to send it to
If you think its too far you dont have to accept the role. Most are less than 50 miles.
If they didn't send you an official booking email or a confirmation phone call with the exact time and location, you were not actually booked
