Great selection and staff was friendly. Prices are high for the quality of items but that is expected for the time of year and comparable to other stores selling similar costumes. Only complaint is parking lot is a little too dark at night.

The Customer service was very good! Unfortunately they have little to no stock of their animatronics this season. Covid and supply issues have struck!

I went to spirit in clifton park, the manager was very helpful to call another store looking for the one piece i need to complete my costume. The other store confirmed to her they had the piece amd set it aside for me and was told i only needed to go to the register to pick it up. I got to spirit on wolf rd and was told no one told them. They would set it aside, and that they didnt have it. It was a waste of my time to spend so much time hanging around at a store for employees there to then be rude and inconsiderate.
