Delivery guys were great. Issues are with the store. 3 times they tried to deliver damaged refrigerator (not cosmetic - forklift hole punched through the back of one, entire side corner crushed on another). Delivered and installed a dishwasher we were assured would be the same color as the refrigerator, but clearly was not. Had to accept a floor model as new dishwasher could not be reordered. Floor model was missing cutlery bin - they ordered a replacement, but we were expected to travel back to N Kingstown to pick it up. Washer and dryer ordered, but too large to fit in dimensions provided to the salesperson. After arranging for plumbing and electrical to put in different spot, washer and dryer delivered yesterday, both damaged/scratched - per the delivery guy, this was noted at the warehouse before loaded, but we were not told until after the existing units were removed. For 5 appliances, we lost 9 days waiting for deliveries, over $150 in tips to delivery guys (who were all great), and ended up with 2 damaged and 1 floor model appliances. For this the manager offered an insulting $200 refund . We will not be returning customers, nor would we recommend to any one we know. Truly an awful experience!

I recently purchased a washer, and I was more than happy with what I received. Their website was easy to navigate, and staff was knowledge and responsive. Delivery was a breeze and super fast. I placed my order on a Tuesday, and it was delivered and installed by Saturday. The delivery men were very quick, professional and extremely nice. If I need an appliance in the future I will be sure to go to Wickford Appliance!
