This is by far the absolute worst service provided by a company.. Weeks will go by and our trash or recycling do not get picked up. We live on a very busy road with lots of animals and inevitably our trash will be shredded apart at the end of our driveway which means we have to pick it all up and re-Bag it- waiting for the company to come. When you call to Inquire about your missed pick up it is completely ignored.. However they are quick to send out their bill and make sure they collect their money. If there were other options in the area to switch to that would be fantastic!

After the past two years I’ve decided to terminate. Every week the pick up is missed recycling missed 3/4 weeks a month. Trash piled up on my street. Horrible customer service and the last straw after not having trash picked up for the 3rd week I received a price increase and 70 fuel surcharge. I cancelled and stopped my auto pay. 3 weeks later they managed to process the auto payment. 2 mo’s later still have not revived a credit. The CEO Jon Vander Ark should resign in disgrace and find another career because your company is a complete disaster. Ask anyone who has Republic as a trash removal provider. Worst of the worst !! Go home Jon!!

I really wish this company would get their act together. I live in Holland Mass and I think our service is out of Auburn Mass.. My driver is great but he seems overworked because they don't have enough drivers. It seems at least every 3 weeks there is a reason to miss our pickup. We pay good money for this service and it seems nobody really cares about making it reliable. You would think after reading all the horrible reviews that the company would care enough to fix it, but yet it continues to be terrible service. Please will somebody at the company take an actual interest in making things right. Does anybody at the headquarters actually read these reviews or are they just answered by robots.

Republic Services has gotten worse and worse over the years an absolutely runs a fraudulent business. They constantly raise prices until they are over double the other local services are charging. In the past 2-3 years the service level has dropped off the charts. About once every two months they completely cancel their pickup all together. At least twice a month they call to say they can't make the schedule. I had called and got them to cut their price in half so I staid a little longer but the service level was just not viable anymore. Trash was backing up and they have a rule they only pick up what's in the bin and it can't be over flowing. Now they still sending a bill for the month after I cancelled so charging me for a service they did not perform which is fraud as far i am concerned. I called and talked to customer service who said they would take care of it twice. And still getting a bill every month. I heard the month i switched to the other vendor that 72 other people switched from Republic to them. This company is putting themselves out of business with such shady business practices.

Webster is a low pick up priority. They have lost so many customers in our area because of the absolutely worst service; people are switching to other providers.
You can’t. I tried several times but you get directed to a call center (the one I spoke with was in North Carolina). I was told local divisions do not accept incoming calls. 🙄

You need to call republic services and they will schedule you for a new one to come out.
81 Maybrook Road was suppose to be picked up Monday. Call 3 times this week and each day promissed it would be picked up the next day. It is Friday so I called back and now they say I have to wait till next Monday. Now a week late but Hey I pay my bill on time.
Then why are trucks at our house at 6:28. Then if we call about ours not being picked we have to wait a week

When I cancelled, I had 5 weeks credit, with no refund. Worst service possible, week after week of missed pickups.
