This is probably one of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with a cell phone purchase. The Manager was extremely unprofessional as I sat in the store for over 2 and a half hours to make changes to my account and upgrade a phone. She was absolutely useless. I was at the store from approximately 11:45 until 2:30 trying to get information on my account. I was given so many stories and misinformation regarding an issue they were having putting my upgrade through. The Manager left in between to take her break and left her two other employees there to figure it out while I called the 611 number to try to understand what the problem was. I paid over $1200.00 for the balance of the phones on the account, paid to upgrade and they still couldn’t figure it out. The customer care line was no help either. When the Manager finally came back she sat in a chair chopping on a lollipop and never once tried to assist. She just chanted half hearted explanations that didn’t make any sense. The 611 customer care line put me on with a total of 4 different reps until the last one told me I needed to leave that store and go up the road to an actual AT&T branch. There should me a more prominent disclosure on the window regarding the affiliation as well. The store in the Mall is not an actual AT&T store, rather a retail store that cells the devices. In addition the employees were all surrounding a customer they thought to be a “secret shopper”. They discussed this out loud while myself and another customer were in the store. They discussed hitting the sales numbers for the day as well. I didn’t feel like the Manager even cared at all, the customer service was terrible and Brittany the Msnager was more than unprofessional and disrespectful. I left and went up the road to the at&t on Quaker Rd in Queensbury and was immediately taken care of and in a matter of a few minutes the Manager Michael had my problem resolved. He was professional and thorough. My advice, the prime communications store called at&t in the aviation mall is not a true representation of at&t at all. If you want knowledgeable representatives stay away from that store. They don’t know what they are doing!

I came into this location and purchased a new iPhone 7. The manager Brittany and her 2 co workers Ariel and Kara were absolutely exemplary in how they handled the process. Incredibly knowledgeable and I'd recommend anyone with wireless needs to visit this location.
