Called tonight 3× @ 9:10pm phone rang 6× only to be hung up on, called back 2 more × & then the phone just rang until the machine picked up. Starting to think Munchies workers DON'T want to work. Plenty of skilled ppl out here who NEED jobs & are skilled at Customer Service 👎👎👎

The A Count

An order was placed for delivery to our hotel. After 75 minutes I called and was told by a nice lady that our order had left to be delivered some time ago. After 90 minutes we called back and was told by the same lady who was not nice this time that there was no order...but our card had been charged so...IDK, but we won't be ordering from there again.
