We have given them multiple chances this summer. We were big Philly Flavors customers and loved their ice cream sandwiches with choices of ice cream and different cookies. Since Fairmount Flavors has taken over, the ice cream is runny/too soft and the cookies are baked til they are too hard to bite to the point I’m afraid I’ll break a tooth. Sometimes completely burnt. Really disappointing for a place that was a neighborhood staple.

Sometimes they close when they have an emergency or inconvenience with employees schedules.
Yeah you can but limited seating. On certain days it gets crowded in there and you may want to sit at there outside tables.
