Employees acted irate and proceeded talking about me for 10 minutes because I told them I was deathly allergic to peanuts, and requested they wash the mixer prior to using it. A loud ignorant employee then began yelling in front of other customers when I requested a refund. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever been in.

I want to make it clear that many things about Reading Terminal piss me off. Specifically people acting like they're the only ones ordering, the only ones eating, the only ones shopping, the trash parking, people not knowing how to parallel park, the city shutting off key streets, people standing in the cross walk to take pictures, random ques that make no sense. Even navigating all these things, this ice cream is worth dealing with it all. Creamy, no matter how long it stays in the freezer, difficult to stop eating, and real ingredients.
