Ordered the Colombia Latte ice cream, it was quite unremarkable. Very firm and unexciting taste. I left the icecream half eaten and ate my toppings (pecans and pocky) which tasted much better. Perhaps the other flavors are better?

Interesting concept. Watch your ice creamy creation rolled in front of you by the experts. My fave, nutella and banana! But any flavors great!

I would say yes, it's just like a debit or credit card
They have a giant plastic screen in front of their work stations and you can't get your ice cream until they lift the flap and push it towards you. Pretty good practice
