This was my husband and I first time and this will be our last. The banana boat was the worse. The ice cream didn’t have much flavor to it. The attitude of the staff need to be adjusted. This was truly a bad experience

Unfortunately, I have to give this place 2 stars. While the employee who took my order was VERY nice and pleasant, I ended up not receiving the correct order. I’m a pretty simple person when it comes to ice cream so all I wanted was Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream in a plain waffle cone. That’s it! Pretty simple, right? NOPE! Not sure how or why, but I received ALL chocolate ice cream in a plain waffle cone; no vanilla at all. I’m disappointed because I almost went elsewhere for ice cream in Center City until a friend I was out with recommended Scoop Deville.

I loved your ice cream shop on 18th and Chestnut location since I moved out of the city I’ll have to try one of your new locations but that location was the best when I’d be shopping on a Saturday afternoon I adored that place

Thanks for the question. We are following all procedures. We installed a pickup window for our delivery couriers to keep crowds out of the store. We limit the amount of people inside at one time. Have barriers keeping you and staff 6 feet apart. And have a contactless dropoff/pickup table. And of course we are following all cleaning practices, sanitizing, hand washing, and so on. Thanks, hope to see you soon!
What's that? We have a low calorie frozen yogurt menu if that helps!
Absolutely! Street level entrance and plenty of space.
