I'm so grateful to have my Mother staying at the Colonial of Tampa. The Staff is overwhelmingly friendly and very attentive. During a recent small bout with Covid, they took great care of her. The Colonial is the place for assisted living in the USF area. The Colonial is a 'happy place'!

Colonial Assisted Living provides my mother with the most OUTSTANDING care and treatment anyone could ask for. She absolutely loves living everyday in this facility. It is her home! She is always talking about how nice, kind, and loving the workers are to her. Moreover, she loves the activities they offer and the food they serve--especially because she says it is always very healthy. Finally, my mother says that there is no place she would rather live than Colonial Assisted Living in Tampa. She loves it!

I don't usually do reviews but I wanted Colonial to know they do a great job. The ALF tech's are great!! They are kind and helpful, the kitchen staff is accommodating to the patients needs. I love the management. Denise the Director of nurses is a friendly face that has great problem solving skills. She is a team player and a hard worker. After the year that health care workers have had this is a place where you know your loved ones will be cared for. Shout out to Mary Beth their director. Everyone is committed to excellence.

I am a third party vendor that has not been in this community for over two years. I was completely blown away at how it has changed. The cleanliness , the friendliness and professionalism is above and beyond. . It is obvious the Housekeeping there is amazing. I had the opportunity to meet the new Executive Director. She was so knowledgeable about the community, she was professional and friendly. The outside is clean and inviting. A lot of the residents were doing painting in the activity area and seemed very happy. The community has some new forms that third party vendors fill out that keeps all parties engaged and updated regarding resident's care. I have to say they are definitely doing something there right!!!!!
