I have worked for Inspired living for several years now. I started as a concierge at our Windermere community I loved working there and was sad when I had to leave our moms and dads there. Thankfully I was able to transfer to our Tampa community were everyone welcomed me with open arms. I started as an Activity Assistant and quickly was promoted to resident engagement director. I loved my position enjoyed having fun with our moms and dads daily. They truly became my family. After about a year I was promoted again to Admin. Assistant. I am so happy that I have been able to grow and learn everyday from the Amazing people I work with. Our staff are amazing the most caring loving I have ever seen. They always go above and beyond and help each other, TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK Our Med techs, care partners, housekeepers, maintenance, concierge, our sales director Michelle, HWD Yuni who makes sure all our moms and dads are healthy to our Amazing!!!! Leader Charlie. We are one big FAMILY!!! Inspired living is the best place to work!!!!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

They do a fantastic job caring for my mother. Michelle has kept in touch with me during the entire process. She made a difficult decision much easier. When you walk into the door you are greeted with a warm smile from Marlene & the entire staff makes you feel welcomed. We have seen a positive change with my mother. Her quality of life has improved. Great care from all.

Inspired Living is more than just an assisted living facility to help your loved ones, it truly becomes a new home, and the staff become part of your family. A few months ago, my family lost our Father, but he was able to enjoy the last year of his life with caretakers that treated him only with the utmost respect and love! Each and every member of the staff from the Director to the maintenance crew helped my family in different and unique ways. They truly became apart of our family. From every visit to each phone call we made, the staff knew us by name and who our Father was, and updated us on his daily life. We cannot thank you enough for being there for us during this last year's most difficult times. In the middle of a global pandemic, Inspired Living and its Staff took charge and such great care of my Father. He remained safe and COVID free all last year, while still enjoying daily activities and having fun! They did an amazing job at keeping the residents safe, but allowing the families to see and be apart of their loved ones lives. For that I say Thank You again Inspired Living! The amazing job of all the Staff at Inspired Living goes mostly unnoticed each day, but the lasting effects on the families make a greater impact than words may describe. I will personally miss seeing all of the Staff there, but I will always remember the care and love you gave my Dad. Thank you all again, a million times, and may God Bless you and all your families!

I do a lot of video work at Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities, but Validus Inspired Living Tampa really stood out in a great way! Not only was the facility clean, organised, and meticulously maintained, the staff were exceptional. Throughout my visit, the staff knew everyone there and gave them top priority... because they cared genuinely! I always say that great employees are ones who do their job with pride because it's the right ting to do, not because they have to... this location is blessed with great quality people who care! Thank you for putting a smile on my face that day, and on your residents faces every day!
