Hi Mary, if you are reaching an answering service than it sounds like you are calling the admissions/marketing line. To reach the reception, please follow the prompts that direct "to reach a resident or for resident related questions". This will take you to the reception desk where I can assure you that you will reach them at the building. I hope that helps!
I follow the prompts and have gotten the service on 4 different days during business hours. I have given my number on numerous occasions with no callback, that's leaving a message with the service and on individual voicemail. I'm done.
