Has anyone else had a difficult time contacting this place? I frequently reach the answering service during normal business hours. Also, I have left messages and have not gotten a return call. This makes me wonder about quality of care.

Hi Mary, if you are reaching an answering service than it sounds like you are calling the admissions/marketing line. To reach the reception, please follow the prompts that direct "to reach a resident or for resident related questions". This will take you to the reception desk where I can assure you that you will reach them at the building. I hope that helps!

I follow the prompts and have gotten the service on 4 different days during business hours. I have given my number on numerous occasions with no callback, that's leaving a message with the service and on individual voicemail. I'm done.

Hi Mary, that is definitely unusual. If you are reaching an answering attendant than you must be calling the marketing line. We can assure you if you call and follow the prompt to reach the community directly, you will speak to staff directly. What number can we reach you at?
