Staff @ plattsburgh shop were professionals and nice. The Safelite phone system sucks, couldn't talk to a person unless I went there. I hate recordings and computer/voicemail/prompted calls. Should have access to a operator

Had a new windshield put in this past February, amazing job. Couple weeks ago it got a stress fracture and they gave me NO hassle. Fixed next day where my truck was parked. Great customer service

They do I don't work there but had work done years ago

I never received a receipt for the replacement of my windshield. I was told that I would need it if I ever get pulled over by the police. It would explain why my inspection sticker says void on it. When I called I was told you aren't taking call
